The Diversity & Inclusion Committee, together with a consultant for diversity, equity and inclusion, has formulated a mission statement and goals and revised existing company texts. Working groups were formed for the topics of education, community and communication, and a forum for discussions was created to holistically evaluate and further develop the working environment. A lighthouse project with potential.
