Global inflation compensation bonus for our employees
A little over 2200 employees had every reason to celebrate on 17 November: RATIONAL has decided to pay worldwide a voluntary inflation compensation bonus in November. In Germany, for example, a tax and duty-free inflation compensation bonus of 2,000 euros per employee and 1,000 euros per trainee/dual student will be paid.
Peter Stadelmann, CEO of Rational AG, says: "This year and the upcoming winter months have been characterized by a strong increase in costs for energy and food. RATIONAL will be able to report a good annual result for 2022. The Supervisory Board and the Executive Board have therefore decided to support employees worldwide and to pay out a voluntary one-off bonus." The Chairman of the Board continues: "We are in turbulent times, in a difficult economic and political environment, which also entails many uncertainties for the coming year. To master these, we need the full commitment of all our entrepreneurs within the company. With this bonus, we can show our employees our appreciation for their commitment.” After all, the only way to keep the company on the road to success is to work together.
