We would like to use the start of the new year to share a focus topic for 2023. 70% of our employees indicated in our employee survey that they are satisfied with the development opportunities at RATIONAL. Not a bad result, and yet it represents one of our biggest areas for action.
We talked to employees, managers, and specialists and came up with a plan. Kick-off 2023!
At RATIONAL, the motto is "Strengthen strengths". To achieve this, we want to create more learning opportunities and better orientation this year. Our goal is an even more individual and flexible development of our employees along the U.i.U. philosophy.
