The RATIONAL family is growing continuously. We are very pleased about this and of course, we would like to give our new colleagues a proper welcome. That's why there will be a "Welcome Day" in Landsberg in the future.

At the beginning of each month, the new RATIONALers meet for a whole day and get to know each other and the company intensively. Our CEO Dr. Peter Stadelmann takes the opportunity to welcome the new colleagues personally. This is followed by a tour of the plant and presentations of various company departments such as IT, HR, and other important contacts and institutions such as the CIP process. The grand finale is their first joint cooking session, where the employees are allowed to handle the RATIONAL appliances themselves and, under the guidance of our professionals, conjure up a menu together (and of course eat it afterwards). After all, the way to a (wo)man's heart is through the stomach.
