The LeanBaseAward is granted annually to companies as well as training and consulting organizations in German-speaking countries for their lean initiatives. The application consists of a two-stage selection process and RATIONAL was able to take home the prize this year.
With our concept of cross-process collaboration between Lean Office and Modern Workplace, Diana and Melanie were able to inspire not only the expert jury, but also the Lean Community.
