Child Vacation Care 2023.

Being able to live family and career according to one's own preferences is becoming a wish and challenge for more and more employees. For RATIONAL, as an employer, it's an important concern to optimally support its employees in balancing both areas and creating suitable conditions.

  • The RATIONAL Child Vacation Care at the Landsberg location is an integral part of the company calendar and is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. During the Bavarian school holiday period, RATIONAL offers a total of four weeks of vacation care for employees' children: playing, crafting, outings, and excellent culinary provision through the in-house restaurant and event service make everyone's hearts soar and ensure fully packed participant lists. Last week, in proven collaboration with the specialized personnel from the Landsberg Child Office, the two summer vacation care weeks took place. More than 60 children were able to enjoy a

colorful program in the best weather and let off steam with acrobatics, soccer, or on the bouncy castle.

In addition to child vacation care, the RATIONAL Children's Day on the school-free Repentance and Prayer Day, flexible working-hour models, support, and consultation through the pme Family Service, and a joint summer festival for all employee families, there are many more examples of measures through which RATIONAL supports its employees in achieving a balance between family and work. To emphasize this commitment, RATIONAL has been a member of the Family Pact Bavaria since 2019, an initiative of the Bavarian State Government. Truly successful in being family-friendly.
