Indoor Masters 2024

The internal RATIONAL Indoor Masters soccer tournament has now achieved cult status within RATIONAL. In this year's Indoor Masters, 8 teams competed, consisting of around 70 players. And in 2024, the teams once again showed creativity in naming and designing their jerseys. The format was "Everyone against Everyone".

The level of play among the teams was particularly high this year, leading to some extremely exciting and high-quality matches. In the end, the Montage Insel 2 team emerged victorious, ahead of the teams from Research and Development and the Service-Parts team. Interdisciplinary teams also participated in the tournament. The team formed by colleagues from Human Resources and IT stood out, with a commendable proportion of women and outstanding dedication.

Each team received a specially produced trophy from the components factory, and the top three teams also received a voucher for a team event. Congratulations to the winners, and a big thank you to the organizers.
