As an international company, RATIONAL is also globally represented in the field of personnel. It is therefore important not only to meet online but also to meet in person from time to time.

Once a year, the People Process department (not Human Resources – our employees are more than just a resource!) organizes the so-called People Community Days. Over 40 colleagues from 15 countries gathered at our location in Landsberg am Lech for workshops, keynote speeches, and evening events. The aim was to exchange ideas, get to know each other better (even more), and of course, to network professionally and share best practices.
