Your scope of responsibility
- Within our so-called "Industry Management" you act as a leader for the Segment Retail (Supermarkets, Roadside Retail, Convenience Stores) and will develop RATIONALs global market position in the entire Supermarket segment
- Establishing senior business relationships and new business strategies with Key Account customers
- Deliver your value if it comes to project related Sales Business or Consultancy to customers / peers, all over the world
- Collaborating with stakeholders to prepare proposals following the practices of RATIONAL and to meet the client’s demand and objectives
- Acting as the “Voice Of The Segment” and provide segment trends and requirements into the RATIONAL organization
- Coordinating and implementing of sales and marketing activities, valid for the entire segment, like webinars, segment specific events e. g.
- Driving and development of the segment by KPI (KA customer/segment growth, sales, e.g.)
- Participating at exhibitions and trade shows
Qualifications include
- Senior level, with more than 10 years of sales experience
- Proven track record in successful selling as well as experience in dealing with international medium-sized and/or large accounts
- Significant experience in the Supermarket segment and real kitchen experiences (processes or chef)
- International market experience
- Passionate about food and cooking
- Strong selling and networking skills paired with the ability to convince others as well as a keen understanding of the customer’s needs
- Self-reliant, solution-oriented way of working with outstanding team skills
- You are experienced in using MS Office and the CRM system “Salesforce”
- Excellent English language skills, other languages are advantageous
- Travel frequency for the company. About 50% international travelling
