Virtual meetings and few face-to-face interactions with colleagues - the last 1.5 years during the pandemic were challenging for international cooperation in many ways.

For the first time after many months, we welcomed marketing colleagues from the USA, Mexico and Canada to international meetings in Landsberg at the end of October. In various on-site workshops, they exchanged personal experiences about current challenges, success stories and best practices, worked on strategies and shared their vision for the future.

A tour around the production site, an excursion to the Allgäu mountains and some evening events together were special experiences that motivate the team and strengthen cooperation in the spirit of the RATIONAL culture.
